Speed Limits Wrong on Urban Welsh Roads

I’m spending a lot of time in West Wales at the moment (for some reason WEST Wales seems to be a big thing) and the speed limits are generally wrong on the sat nav. Pretty much every small road in towns has had 10mph lopped off. Not a problem, because the car reads the speed limit signs. Except the locals have painted over the 20mph sign in the style of the ULEZ blade runners in London, so the car goes off the Sat Nav and chooses 30mph as the limit.
